There’s no better way to help our neighbors in need and kick off the St. Patrick’s Day season (yes, it is a season) than to spend the afternoon with the DC Area’s most electric Irish musicians and dancers. Proceeds benefit the Fr. McKenna Center.
Friday, March 15
311 Kent Square Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878
Just in time for St. Patrick' Day, enjoy a performance of Irish music, dance, poetry and art. The magical land of leprechauns and fairies comes to life through dramatic interpretation by storyteller, Kristin Ferragut. Monica Harwood performs contemporary arrangements of beloved Irish classics. Enjoy traditional music by the young musicians of The Bog Band. After the show, enjoy an Irish beer and an instructional Ceili (set dancing) class with the Ring of Kerry Irish Dancers and accompanied by live music.
